Document Management

The eAIP.Wiz@rd allows the user to manage three documents for each AIP amendment. These three documents are:

• Current AIP
• AIP Amendment
• AIP with the Amendment
Incorporated

As additional functions the eAIP.Wiz@rd manages AIP supplements and AIC.

Document Generation

The eAIP.Wiz@rd automatically generates these documents based on the approved working packages for each publication date. The eAIP.Wiz@rd generates a new AIP amendment or supplement by comparing published and new data.

The following document formats are supported:

• Standard Generalised Markup Language (SGML)
• Extensible Markup Language (XML)
• Hypertext Markup Language (HTML)
• Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF)
• Eurocontrol AIP DTD Export
• AIXM Adaption

Multi Language Support

The eAIP.Wiz@rd supports multi language options. The AIP can be published in any language. A two column version, which provides dual languages in separate column side by side, is also supported.
